About Us – Get to Know dewi188, Malaysia Players' Favourite Online Entertainment Platform

Dewi188 is not your average online betting platform. We exist with a clear goal — to deliver a digital entertainment experience that is safe, fair, fun, and truly meets the needs of Malaysian players. From visually stunning slot games and a Live Casino that recreates the atmosphere of a real casino floor, to sports betting covering the world's major leagues and tournaments — it's all under one roof at dewi188.

Our Story

From an Idea to Malaysia's Leading Online Entertainment Platform

Dewi188 was born from a simple observation — many Malaysian players were dissatisfied with the online platform options available to them. Whether it was slow payments, difficult-to-use interfaces, limited games, or unresponsive customer support, their experience left much to be desired.

The founding team of dewi188 — made up of individuals with deep knowledge of the online entertainment industry who have been players themselves — made the decision to build something different. A platform that genuinely puts players first, not just profits.

From day one, dewi188 has focused on three things: fun, security, and transparency. We believe players deserve to know exactly what terms apply, how their money is handled, and what to expect from this platform. No hidden conditions, no confusing fine print — just a fair and enjoyable gaming experience.

Today, dewi188 has grown into one of the most sought-after online entertainment platforms among Malaysian players, with over 500,000 registered members and continuing to grow every day. Yet despite our scale, we have never forgotten our roots — this platform was built for players, and we will always be here to serve them.

Our Commitment to Malaysia

Dewi188 – More Than a Platform, We're Part of the Community

Dewi188 is more than just a business — we are part of the broader Malaysian gaming community. We understand that every player who registers with us places their trust in us, and that trust is something we take very seriously.

That is why dewi188 actively supports responsible gaming initiatives. We provide self-control tools that allow players to set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. We also offer options for players who feel they need a break from gaming to apply a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

Dewi188 is firmly committed to age compliance — our platform is for players aged 18 and above only. Our identity verification (KYC) system is designed to enforce this requirement strictly, protecting minors from exposure to online gambling.

We are also committed to full transparency on payout rates (RTP). Every slot game on dewi188 displays the accurate RTP so players can make informed decisions. This is our way of respecting our players — you deserve to know the real odds before you play.

When it comes to resolving complaints, dewi188 has a clear and transparent process. Every complaint is logged, investigated and resolved within a set timeframe. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, escalation channels are available — we believe every valid complaint deserves proper attention and a fair resolution.

Dewi188 is fully committed to responsible gaming principles. If you or someone you know needs help related to gambling, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for available information and support resources.
